  • Conduct assessments to evaluate residents' needs, abilities, and goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.
Collaborate with other departments, including nurses, physical therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.Provide training and education to residents and families on therapeutic techniques and strategies. * Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. * Stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in occupational therapy for geriatric populations.Qualifications:Must be a Occupational Therapist (OT) with a valid state license * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
