Pay: $30 - $38 Per Hour BOEResponsibilities:Manage Fluke test resultsTroubleshoot fiberProduce red lines and butterfly drawingsMaintain calendar of projects and deadlines.Conduct audit verifications after project completion, ensuring 100% match project completion to prints.Conduct Retests as needed.Check and verify that all infrastructure is installed to design/spec and make changes/redlines and finalize (build-outs, fiber, copper, etc.)Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and performance monitoring of data center equipment to ensure optimal operation.Work with team to configure network, including any necessary redlining.Reference RFIs on redlines as a final task before sending for QA review.Oversee all RFIs before submission.Oversee all design work including verifying and brainstorming areas of interest (where quality has lacked), reviewing and submitting into BIM360, as well as keeping up with revisions, hyperlinks, etc.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, and IT hardware systems within the data center.Assist with data center build-outs, expansions, and upgrades, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Document work performed, including maintenance records, incident reports, and system updates.Follow and enforce safety and security protocols to maintain compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.Provide on-site technical support during critical incidents and participate in a rotating on-call schedule as needed.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability and support capacity planning efforts.Maintain and update lessons learned document along with QA team on an ongoing basis.Gather all warranty information to send for processing/completion.Complete product submittals.Print and provide labels for installation team.Qualifications:Must have at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Must have at least 3-4 year’s commercial low-voltage/structured cabling experience.Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment with minimal supervision.Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.Must have proven problem solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).Must be able to diagnose and fix problems with existing equipment and new installs.Must be enthusiastic, passionate, patient and a critical thinker.Must be able to communicate with the customer and have excellent customer service skills.Must have proven high skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements.Strong communication and documentation skills.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).Must meet Company minimum driving standards.Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.Must have demonstrated verifiable ability to define a project, create a project scope of work, develop detailed associated tasks and manage these to final completion and customer turnover.Must able to travel within branch territory and/or regional territory as needed.Physical Requirements:Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces or overhead pathways.Must be able to work in inclement weather conditionsMust be able to work around wood dust and fumesMaybe exposed to heights and loud noisesMust be aware of OSHA safety standardsMust be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and sit for long periods of time.Must be capable of working in inclement conditions including extreme hot and cold temperatures.Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $20 - $26 Per Hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.Benefits Summary
