Description :A Day in the Life of a Mail Clerk Forms Coordinator:Works under the direct supervision of the Central Supply Manager. Coordinates all ordering, inventory and delivery of offsite locations. Organizes and ensures maximum productivity of contracted photocopiers and fax machines.Sorts and delivers mail and interdepartmental communications throughout the hospital on a routine basis. Here Is What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for the timely ordering of all Cheyenne Regional Medical Center printing materials and forms and other documents through coordination with Purchasing Department and respective end users.
Coordinates new forms development with applicable departments and Purchasing.
Maintains equipment and adequate supplies. Inventories stock toner and coordinates reorder with Purchasing Department.
Ensures timely delivery of mail and interdepartmental communication throughout the hospital.
Ensures the proper preparation and processing of outgoing mail.
Maintain cleanliness and organized work area; Free from fire and safety hazards.
Desired Skills:
Computer proficiency
Accuracy in reading, simple arithmetic
Written and verbal communication
Service oriented and able to get along with others
Here Is What You Will Need:
High school diploma or GED or Equivalent Certificate from an accredited program or higher
Valid USA driver’s license
Must have clean driving record that follows Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s driving guidelines
