This role will focus on the Network Operations Center and patient flow optimization, using data from internal and external sources to analyze business problems and issues. The analyst will work closely with senior members of the reporting team and stakeholders on a wide range of data-related topics.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specificationsInterpretation specifications to build reports and dashboardsPerform simple data problem solving within various operational areaTroubleshooting, debugging, maintenance and validation of existing reports and dashboardsCompiling and assessing user feedback to improve reporting solutionsEnsure reporting solutions have proper documentation and regularly updatedCollaborating with fellow analysts to solve data problems.Passionate about staying on top of tech trends especially in cloud, experimenting with and learning new technologiesPHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:Sitting for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; standing for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; walking for up to 2 hours a day, 1 hour at a time. Seeing as it relates to general, near, color, and peripheral vision. Hearing as it relates to normal and telephone conversations.EDUCATION:Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Math or related field preferred.TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:2+ years’ experience. Technology certifications in various software development platforms will be considered as experience is the related discipline. Strong communication, organizational and research skills with an attention to details. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience in data analysis and reporting. Experience writing SQL queries. Experience with data analysis tools and processes. Experience in data modeling; data transformation, normalization and summarization of data into fact and dimensions. Experience with large data sets and distributed computing is a plus. Experience with multiple dimensional or tabular cubes is a plus. Experience ETL processes and tool like SSIS, SSAS is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure (Preferred), Google and/or AWS is a plus.
