- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for a newly signed client.
- Advising an investor on a potential vacation rental purchase and helping them understand both the real estate and management opportunities.
- Wrapping up the day by tracking your pipeline progress in LeadSimple CRM and celebrating your latest win with the team.
- Identify and connect with property owners and investors interested in vacation rental management.
- Develop relationships through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups from company campaigns.
- Present customized sales pitches highlighting ROI, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Negotiate and finalize property management contracts, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Work with investors to buy and sell short-term rental investment properties.
- Assist buyers and sellers as part of a licensed real estate brokerage.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Track and manage leads in the sales pipeline using LeadSimple CRM for timely follow-ups.
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in real estate or property management is required.
- Florida Real Estate License is required.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a client-focused approach.
- Experience working with real estate investors and facilitating property sales or purchases.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., LeadSimple) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident, with excellent time management skills.
