Position OverviewAs a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between our customers and technicians. Your role is to provide outstanding customer service by understanding vehicle issues, recommending appropriate services, and ensuring a smooth and transparent process from drop off to pick up.Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Listen to customer concerns and clearly document service requests
  • Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
  • Promote recommended maintenance services to enhance vehicle performance
  • Handel customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer facing role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
