The Undersea Warfare Organization is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Contracts Manager to lead a high-performing contracts management team supporting the Integration & Advanced Development and Submarine Development & Production submarkets. As a leader in our contracts organization, you will provide strategic guidance, direction, and oversight to a team of contracts professionals, managing a complex and diverse portfolio of contracts with US Government (USG) customers, including the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP).In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of contracts, from cradle to grave, and will serve as a key interface with internal stakeholders, customers, and industry partners. Come check out all of the amazing benefits Lockheed Martin has to offer.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related fieldAt least 8 years of experience in contracts management, with a focus on government contractingStrong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)Experience with contract types, including CPIF, CPFF, FFP, T&M, and BOAsProven leadership and management skills, with experience guiding a team of contracts professionalsStrong business acumen, with ability to understand and manage contract financials and profitabilityDesired skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related fieldProfessional certification in contracts management, such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or
