
Senior Hardware Project Manager

- Plan and manage the hardware development work breakdown structure in alignment with the Mobile Networks Create process.
- Collaborate with Architecture Team members to define product specifications and ensure they meet all use cases.
- Coordinate project budgets and staffing needs, driving estimation efforts for development programs.
- Facilitate regular coordination meetings with internal and external parties to ensure timely development milestones.
- Provide weekly status reports on program progress during release manager meetings and to upper management.
- Engage with Nokia Supply Chain representatives to oversee material acquisition and prototype assembly processes.
- Ensure compliance with hardware requirements and successfully lead product launches into production.
- US Citizenship or valid Green Card
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 15+ years of experience in hardware project management from concept to production
- Proven experience in managing customer and partner/vendor relationships
- PMP training and/or certification
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory testing processes
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and product quality metrics
- Experience in coordination across diverse engineering disciplines
