? Manage budgets and financial reporting for concessions operations.
? Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high-quality service.
? Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company and client policies.
? Collaborate with other Aramark managers to plan and execute events and promotions.
? Hire, train, and manage staff to provide exceptional customer service
? Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to improve operations and customer experience.
? Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of concession stands and equipment.
? Conduct regular audits of operations to identify areas for improvement.
? Ensure compliance with cash handling and accounting procedures.
? Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications? Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management, including concessions operations.
? Strong leadership and communication skills.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
? Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
? Proficient with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
? Ability to work an event-based schedule, flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
?
