Leads a team of sales associates.Typical Skills and Experiences:Education: Bachelors’ degree preferred.Experience: 7 plus years’ of experience preferred.License/Certification/Designation: CEBS, CLU, and/or ChFC preferred.Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Sales communication and relationship building skills required. Strong work ethic, ability to problem solve, critical thinking and demonstrated ability to be well organized. Experience working within a team.
