- Ensures accuracy of account information for new and renewal polices and endorsements.
- Audits for accuracy in rating, typing, coverages and signatures.
- Markets both new and renewal accounts. Identifies account coverages that should be added or expanded.
- Maintains accounts and activities per Agency procedures.
- Serves as a mentor, positive role model and trainer to staff.
- Performs annual Employee Performance Appraisals for team members.
- Resolve Employee Relations issues with assistance from Human Resources
- Attends client meeting with or without Producer as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel is expected to be 30% in this role.
- Colorado Residents Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 (commensurate upon experience)

- Advanced degree from college or technical school; or 8-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Property and Casualty License, required. Professional designations, preferred
- Leadership and/or people management experience, directly or indirectly, strongly preferred
- 8+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance with 5+ years of experience of independently managing a book at an insurance agency
- Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including EPIC Agency Management Software; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
