- Working for an established commercial General Contractors
- Large project pipeline of office, retail, light industrial, hospitality, medical, and other various mixed commercial projects throughout Houston, TX
- Must drive projects with and maintain formal project schedule
- Completes timely and detailed reporting of daily jobsite activities through daily log software
- Implements and enforces company safety plan and policies
- Must maintain a clean and orderly jobsite
- Must complete proper safety reporting and documentation for any noncompliance or accidents occurred onsite utilizing company safety forms
- Strong interest in commercial construction
- Willing to assist Superintendents on commercial construction projects
- Construction degree
- No prior experience required, but would be preferred
- Maintains a good relationship with clients, architects, and design teams
- Self-starting, highly motivated and goal oriented
- Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality
- Very organized with a systematic approach to tasks to achieve accuracy and efficiency
- Must be professionally and technically competent
- Analytical with the ability to examine issues from multiple viewpoints
- Must work easily with others
- Established General Contractor in Houston, TX
- Specializes in mixed-commercial projects with a strong backlog throughout Texas
- $40,000 - 50,000 base salary
