Description :Are you passionate about automation, continuous improvement, and building systems that actually make a difference?As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be a key player in helping us deliver high-quality, mission-critical systems in a fast-paced, agile environment as we continue our mission of becoming a true product & digital first business that connects with its customers.You'll support our Director of DevOps, Mariusz Makowski and collaborate with developers, system architects, QA engineers, and operations pros to design, deploy, monitor, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our business. Whether it’s writing scripts for infrastructure automation or streamlining CI/CD pipelines, your work will directly support innovation and scale across the company.What will you be doing?
  • You will build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
  • You will support cloud and on-prem environments, balancing new development and operational stability
  • You’ll be comfortable automating everything you can — configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring
  • You’ll troubleshoot system issues and implement sustainable fixes that prevent future incidents
  • You will mentor peers and help foster a DevOps-first culture across the tech organization
About you
  • You will have 1+ year of experience in a DevOps role OR 3–5 years in Systems, IT Operations, or Software Development roles, whilst deploying and supporting systems in AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments.
  • You will be comfortable with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
  • You will have strong scripting skills using the PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar tools.
  • You have familiarity with modern CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, etc.
  • You will score extra points if, you have exposure to Cloudflare, Dynatrace, Kubernetes automated testing, and/or Github Actions – please note that these aren’t a necessity though!
