Your responsibilitiesEssential Duties:Perform operations of machining centers. Organize cell workflow and properly plan necessary machining sequence(s). Meet inspection requirements in compliance to customer drawings, referenced specifications.Individual Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Maintains a safe, clean working environment by complying with all safety and environmental policies in the workplace
Assure that products meet customer expectations.
Assure that all manufacturing and quality related tools/materials are in calibration and of the latest revision
Plan machining by having a fluent understanding of assets and related equipment.
Review all specifications and prints/drawings and programs and understand all GD&T requirements for any given process.
Machine set-up along with program downloading and editing fluency. G & M codes, asset control knowledge 'Fanuc or Siemens' interface
Understanding of tooling, knowledge of turning and drilling
Team Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Calibrate and ensure proper use and care of inspection and test equipment
Maintain work area in compliance with good housekeeping practices
Provide feedback for C.I. and any issues necessary for compliance
Make and populate Daily T.P.M. / 6s operator interface checks
Collect quality target data for reporting by CNC Machining Cell
Participate in company promoted events such as 6s, TPM and other operational C.I. programs
