- Provides services for the timely and accurate filling, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Provides for the efficient receiving, marking, and stocking of merchandise; ensures the maintenance and protection of warehouse stocks, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensures compliance with all state and Federal labeling and shipping laws and regulations on merchandise shipped from warehouse.
- Maintains and controls the requisitioning of warehouse supply items and equipment.
- Directs the Company's fire and safety programs for all warehouse employees according to established policy and practice.
- Assists in the recruitment and hiring of warehouse personnel; ensure orientation and training in the proper methods for performing warehouse duties.
- Inspects and checks warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure that all equipment is in good operating condition.
- Recommend new methods and procedures in warehouse activities.
- Must be able to work under Company policies where experience and independent judgment are needed.

- Full time on customer site
- Janitorial/sorting of trash, recycling material, composting
- Forklift experience
- Some Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste experience
- Wood pallet/oversized wood sorting and loading
- Experience creating BOLS/ Reviewing Manifest
- Some PC skills, outlook, Word, Excel,
- Managing trailers, loading and prepping for shipment
- Inventory management/record keeping
- Daily, weekly, and monthly tracking and reporting of KPIs
- Working with customers and other contractors onsite during project and construction projects.
- Meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Should be familiar with the office paper flow, operations of each department, particular products and their handling problems, and knowledge of all departments within the warehouse.
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements as it pertains to FDARP as applicable to the facility
- Must be able to work with and motivate others.
- Ability to operate an industrial powered lift truck or forklift according to company procedures and governmental regulations
- Ability to use and maintain respiratory protection equipment
- Ability to learn proper methods for handling hazardous materials and wastes, with training.
- High School Diploma, or GED with additional schooling or equivalent business experience.
- Should have 3 to 5 years of experience with the Company.
- Ability to read, write, count and understand and speak English.
- Physical ability to lift and carry at least 100 pounds
- Physical ability to tilt back or break 800 lb. net drums onto a dolly
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Test negative on the company’s drug tests
- Exposure to fumes, dirt, noise and hazardous chemicals on a daily basis. May require safety equipment and/or precautions
