  • Manage all project phases from pre‑construction through close‑out for ground‑up multifamily developments
  • Oversee site work, enabling infrastructure, and podium/garden style apartment construction
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and change orders
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements
  • Communicate project progress clearly with stakeholders and resolve issues proactively
  • Prepare and submit regular reports, forecasts, and documentation for leadership and clients
