
Associate, ABS Structuring

- Develop and utilize existing models to structure term ABS transactions across all asset classes, interact with the rating agencies to obtain ratings for transactions, tie-out structures with accountants, review and provide feedback on the transaction documents, support the deal marketing process by discussing and educating salesforce.
- Provide analytical support and structural proposals for pitch books/presentations/RFPs and maintain and enhance our internal modeling tools.
- Assist in asset valuations and trade analyses for both securitization purposes as well as other business opportunities.
- Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business
- Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
- Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly.
- Series 7, 63 & 79 licenses
- Familiarity with both Term and Conduit ABS products
- Previous transaction execution experience across various asset classes
- Self-starter that functions well in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Solution oriented approach to issues and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong programming, excel spreadsheet and some PowerPoint skills
- Fluency in ABS documents and related criteria
- Fluency in excel with VBA code, Intex and CAS
