- Utilize CATIA software to create and modify 3D models and technical drawings for manufacturing processes and products.
- Develop detailed design specifications, CAD models, and engineering drawings in compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to determine the best design solutions and materials for manufacturing.
- Perform design reviews, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to enhance product design and manufacturing efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, tools, and technologies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the manufacturing process to resolve any design-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CATIA software, industry trends, and best practices in manufacturing design.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with CATIA V5/V6, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Skills: Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and design using CATIA software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and design.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously improve design processes.
- Knowledge of additional CAD software and PLM systems preferred.
- Certification in CATIA or related engineering software, preferred.
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), preferred.
- Travel: As needed.
