ATC Youngstown, a leading healthcare facility in Dickinson, North Dakota, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and compassionate care to our patients. Your primary role will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. This is a full-time, salaried position with a weekly compensation of $2400. - Assess and evaluate patients' health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for both patients and staffRequirements:
- Must hold a valid and current RN license in the state of North Dakota
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a healthcare setting
- Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
