The role involves analyzing and resolving complex applications, system administration, and network issues while improving computer systems and supporting system integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with developers, architects, business managers, and administrators.Responsibilities:
- Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions.
- Perform systems management and integration functions.
- Improve existing computer systems and optimize workflows.
- Review system capabilities, workflows, and schedule limitations.
- Analyze or recommend commercially available software solutions.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team or serve as a team lead.
- May supervise and guide teams in technical support functions.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 3 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in projects of similar size and complexity.
- Strong experience in technical support, systems administration, or network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
