From creating flow diagrams and software programs to overseeing material logistics and factory coordination, you’ll bring complex systems to life—on time and on spec.🔍 Your Role Includes:Engineering tailored automation solutions using top-tier platformsDeveloping and commissioning control software for optimal system performanceCoordinating submittals, installation drawings, and equipment schedulesManaging materials and factory processes to meet project timelinesSupporting field teams with troubleshooting, validation, and trainingCommunicating updates to project stakeholders and documenting as-built changesChampioning value engineering and safety across all phases of workYou’ll help shape smarter, safer buildings—while growing your skills✅ What We’re Looking ForMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering3+ years of experience in building automation, HVAC, or construction-related fieldsTechnical Expertise:Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control theory, and building automation technologiesExperience designing and integrating low voltage building systems (e.g. lighting, nurse call, data networks) using protocols like BACnet, LON, and ModbusSkilled in drafting software and computer-aided design toolsCommunication Skills:Ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients and colleagues without a technical backgroundHIRING SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - 87,000/Annually USD. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
