- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Master's Degree in Nursing or related field (e.g., Health Administration, Business, Public Health, Management). Ph.D. or DNP (Preferred).
- Experience: 7 years of progressive management and leadership in acute care hospital environments, overseeing complex nursing and clinical departments; 5 years in a matrixed leadership structure; 5 years managing multiple departments or ministries.
- Certification: Specialty certification (CENP, NEA-BC) (Preferred).
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of clinical practice and processes, labor contracts, and their application to practice.
- Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, innovative service delivery modeling, change management prowess, professional representation of PSJH, data analysis for compliant program development.
- Multitasking Ability: Proficiency in operating within a multi-entity organization, demonstrating system thinking.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
