A well-established and respected manufacturer of outdoor recreational products is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations at its Eufaula, Alabama facility. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team development, and is committed to operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead large production teams to meet daily output, safety, and quality goals.
- Build high-performing teams through coaching, collaboration, and mutual accountability.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment by effectively managing conflict and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Communicate clearly across all levels of the organization—verbally, in writing, and through presentations.
- Support operational improvements that contribute to company growth and financial performance.
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting; outdoor consumer products experience a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence teams effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
- General knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods while on the production floor.
