Our client, a rapidly growing and innovative company, is looking for a highly capable and execution-driven Head of Operations to lead internal operations and scale systems across the business. This role is built for a strategic operator who thrives in cross-functional environments, can drive clarity across moving parts, and is equally comfortable managing domestic workflows and developing international operations from the ground up. You'll work closely with the executive team to lead the day-to-day rhythm of the business, supporting continued growth across product, logistics, sales, and marketing.Location: Bellevue, WA

Compensation: The anticipated annual compensation for this role is $150,000 to $250,000 plus equity. Actual compensation and total rewards may vary and is dependent on factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance.Role and Responsibilities:Company Operations & Execution
  • Lead day-to-day operational oversight across all major departments: Product, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience
  • Build and own operational infrastructure that supports scaling from single digit millions to double digit millions in sales revenue.
  • Develop and improve systems that increase team efficiency, visibility, and accountability
  • Build and manage company operating plans that connect strategy to execution
  • Design SOPs and process systems that enable the team to move fast, and efficiently
  • Oversee execution of key projects
International Expansion & Vendor Management
  • Set up Aquor operations in new geographies as needed - including identifying local partners, logistics pathways, and regulatory needs
  • Manage global vendor relationships across Asia and North America to ensure timely production, quality standards, and cost controls
  • Troubleshoot supply chain or fulfillment disruptions with urgency and clarity
  • Optimize cost, quality and lead time across factories and logistics pathways.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the operational liaison across departments - ensuring alignment, clear handoffs, and consistent execution
  • Own documentation and enforcement of key business processes and SOPs
  • Collaborate with department heads to scope and deliver cross-team projects (e.g., product launches, seasonal campaigns, pricing transitions)
Strategic Planning & Accountability
  • Run internal cadence of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance check-ins
  • Translate company goals into team-specific deliverables and measurable results
  • Serve as a force multiplier for leadership by identifying bottlenecks and driving resolution
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation across departments.
Culture & Team Development
  • Help define and reinforce Aquor's internal operating culture - one of ownership, clarity, and execution
  • Mentor team leads and support long-term professional development planning
  • Ensure that all internal systems scale with the company as it grows across geographies and channels
What You Bring
  • 7+ years in operations, general management, or cross-functional leadership roles
  • Experience launching or managing international operations, preferably in manufacturing or product-based businesses
  • Proven experience overseeing multiple departments - product, marketing, supply chain, sales ops, customer service.
  • Background in consumer products, preferred.
  • Experience with omnichannel sales strategy
  • Proven ability to build operational infrastructure, and systems that improve efficiency and accountability
  • History of mentoring and growing teams.
  • Exposure to M&A, channel expansion or vertical integration
  • Experience with capital efficiency and managing operations towards profitability
  • Strong track record of building systems that scale across functions and headcount
  • Natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Confident communicator who brings clarity and calm to cross-team execution
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves, building structure, and owning outcomes
