This role is vital in maintaining product quality, reliability, and safety in compliance with medical device regulations.Job Duties:Inspect raw materials, subassemblies, and finished products using visual, dimensional, mechanical, and electronic methods.Perform in-process and final inspections per work instructions, control plans, and engineering drawings.Accurately document results, issue non-conformance reports, and support root cause investigations and CAPA.Verify calibration status of inspection and test equipment.Prepare inspection documentation and support internal/external audits.Contribute to inspection procedure improvements and continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen).Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory compliance standards.Qualifications:High school diploma/GED required; Associate Degree or technical certification preferred.2+ years of quality inspection experience in a regulated industry (medical devices strongly preferred).Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and GD&T.Skilled with inspection and metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, torque drivers).Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, cGMP, and quality documentation systems.Detail-oriented with excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identify, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.#inLS
