- Leading Solution Architects, developing managers, prioritizing work, and setting processes and standards.
- Applying knowledge of technologies and innovative techniques to resolve complex development challenges, working with Product Managers and internal IT departments.

- Managing development partners (vendor management), establishing SLAs, and measuring the quality of work for projects and production support.
- Engaging development partners on projects for architecture design, defining resources, establishing a cadence for regular code reviews, progressing on design, and transitioning from the project team to production support once implemented.
- Effectively communicating issues, risks, and dependencies with product managers; escalating where appropriate.
- Creating and updating referenced architectural diagrams that depict the systems' flow and state of data.
- Collaborating to build an elastic hosting infrastructure and automation.
- Establishing a continuous delivery deployment pipeline.
- Championing continuous improvements in software development methodologies.
- Leading efforts in building a data lakehouse, shifting architecture to cloud, whether it's Saas or hosted in private cloud.
- Working knowledge of architectural principles and frameworks.
- 12+ years of experience in a similar role.
- 5+ years vendor management experience.
- Experience developing applications in Azure.
- Experience managing off and near-shore development teams.
- Experience with programming languages - Java, Python, C#, React, Node JS, .NET, cloud computing.
- Experience with cloud architectures and virtualization concerns is essential.
- Working knowledge of microservices and API design.
- Understanding of data architecture and database systems.
- Experience DevOps practices (CI/CD pipeline), infrastructure as code (IaC), and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate technical complexities to non-technical personnel to bridge the gap between technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to foresee potential challenges, devise effective solutions, and adapt quickly to changes to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Experience leading projects, coordinating teams, and overseeing the implementation of solutions.
