ScheduleMonday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | In-office | Wood River, ILWhat You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting/exceeding team sales goals
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized insurance solutions
  • Use a needs-based review process to educate customers on insurance options
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability every day
What We’re Looking For
  • Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain)
  • Life & Health License (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Self-motivated, driven, and committed to success
