Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting/exceeding team sales goals
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized insurance solutions
Use a needs-based review process to educate customers on insurance options
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability every day
What We’re Looking For
Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain)
Life & Health License (or ability to obtain)
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Proven track record of meeting sales goals is a plus
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Self-motivated, driven, and committed to success
