- Partner with the FP&A team to deliver revenue forecasts, budget updates, and performance analysis
- Extensive knowledge in building quantitative models for predictive analytics, and extracting trends and insights from business data
- Develop and maintain models for revenue forecasting, bookings trends, and pipeline-to-revenue conversion.
- Analyze key revenue drivers and provide insights on variances between actuals, budget, and forecast.
- Work with executive to prepare board meeting materials, defining KPIs to represent business performance, and providing analysis for business decision makings
- Execute accurate revenue accounting processes in accordance with ASC 606 and internal policies.
- Prepare and review monthly revenue journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring revenue results are accurately reflected in the financial statements.
- Collaborate with auditors and ensure SOX compliance where applicable.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of revenue reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within systems and reports, adhering to accounting standards and company policies
- Assist with calculating, tracking and reconciling commissions payment for the sales team
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus)
- 5-8 years Finance & Accounting experience, including 2 years supporting sales operations
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting preferred, ideally in a high growth company
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel; SQL, Oracle, SFDC, QAD, Amazon QuickSight
- Familiar with Python and machine learning models to apply to financial prediction models
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
