Genesis Health Clubs is actively hiring Group Exercise Instructors of all disciplines – yoga, spin, Pilates, aqua aerobics, cardio, strength, and more – across our Louisville locations. Whether you're certified in one format or several, we want motivators who can move a room and inspire change.What You’ll Do:
- Lead dynamic, high-energy group fitness classes that members look forward to.
- Bring the beats, the flow, the fire – prepare your music, equipment, and moves in advance.
- Create a safe, engaging, and results-driven environment for all participants.
- Represent the Genesis culture of motivation, professionalism, and care.
- Certified Group Fitness Instructors (any discipline – we value variety!)
- Current CPR Certification
- At least 1 year of experience leading group fitness classes
- Strong presence, confidence, and the ability to coach all fitness levels
- A love for community, energy, and helping people transform their health
