Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesMettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Scheduling Analyst to work in our Columbus, Ohio location. As a Scheduling Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will directly impact our Field Service Technicians' productivity and our company's success in meeting our revenue goals.Your Responsibilities:Maximize Efficiency: Schedule and route our talented technicians to ensure timely service delivery while balancing customer priorities, workload demands, and material availability.Adapt and Overcome: Analyze and adjust work assignments for Field Service Technicians to respond to changing requirements and demands, ensuring top-notch service.Engage with Customers: Communicate effectively with customers to schedule planned maintenance visits, manage changes, and provide support that enhances customer satisfaction and order closure.What You Need to Succeed
  • An associate's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2 years of planning and/or scheduling experience in service, logistics, or manufacturing. Alternatively, 5 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in a field service or small business environment or similar industry experience a plus.
  • SAP knowledge and experience working in the business system is preferred.
  • This is a hybrid role based in our Columbus, Ohio office, where you'll need to work on-site at least 3 days a week.
