- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters, including performance, policies, and employee relations cases.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; maintain up-to-date knowledge of US labor law.
- Payroll: Assist our payroll team with US payroll via ADP, ensuring accuracy in processing, reporting, and compliance with tax and wage regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Assist and support with employee benefits programs.
- Retirement & 401(k): Assist with administration and support employees with 401(k) plans, contributions, and related inquiries.
- HR Administration: Work with TA team on new hire onboarding and terminations, I-9s and E-Verify and W-2 distribution.
- HR Policies & Procedures: Ensure policies and handbooks are up to date; support the rollout of People initiatives in line with global practices.
- Partnering: Collaborate with People Partnering Directors and the Global People team on projects and initiatives (e.g. talent reviews, engagement surveys, DEI, learning programs).
- HR experience, preferably in a Junior HRBP or HR Generalist capacity within the US.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law.
- Experience with benefits administration
- Experience with retirement plans, including 401(k) contributions and employee support
- Payroll processing (ADP preferred)
- Familiarity with W-2 management and tax reporting
- Experience with I-9 verification and E-Verify process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to balance multiple priorities.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
