- Decisive action in management of the day-to-day oversight of program and staff.
- Communicates with Area Manager concerns that arise during day-to-day oversight of programs.
- Program management includes establishment, ownership, and closing of programs as required for school year and summer programming. Interviews, hires, trains and supervises professional staff in the schools. Supervision includes regularly scheduled meetings, in-service training, observations, documentation compliance, and performance evaluation.
- Assures that the program(s) is operational, and that services are provided in accordance with the applicable Catapult Learning Policy and Procedure Handbook.
- Assists staff and schools in crisis situations, including student mind health crisis support and ensuring proper follow-up action is met.
- Establishes a positive and professional rapport with school principals.
- Resolves concerns regarding program needs. Reports on progress.
- Communicates with school principal and parents as needed concerning program implementation and concerns.
- Assist and support staff in the development of strategies to meet the needs of all participating students and families.
- Assures that program staff has materials and supplies provided as required to perform their job.
- Schedules professional development for staff to enhance skill in areas related to program services.
- Completion and submission of local, state, and/or federal compliance as needed. Catapult Learning compliance must also be met.
- Compensation is $65,000 annually

- Master’s level in school counseling, social work, or related mental health field.
- PA School Counseling or PA Social Work License required.
- Experience supervising relevant staff preferred.
- Experience providing service in an educational environment is required.
- Must have demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with students, families, school, and leadership personnel.
- Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Must be able to collaborate with parents, school personnel, and outside resources together to work effectively for children.
- Basic computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint required
- Reliable mode of transportation required
- Has the ability to handle multiple priorities and travel between multiple school sites
- Must understand that all children can learn
- Must demonstrate positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers
- Must be flexible
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.
- Hybrid work environment
- Catapult has offices in Philadelphia, but professional home workspace required
- During the school year, most programs are in school settings
