- Develop and implement imitation and reinforcement learning algorithms (e.g., Behavioral Cloning, Dagger, GAIL, SAC, PPO).
- Train policy networks using sensor-rich datasets (images, trajectories, force data).
- Evaluate generalization, robustness, and sim-to-real performance of learned behaviors.
- Work closely with the team to align data collection, labeling, and model training.
- Tune and deploy neural policies to real robot hardware.
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in deep learning, ideally applied to robotics or control.
- Strong experience with PyTorch (model development, training, and optimization).
- Solid grasp of imitation learning and related concepts (RL, supervised policy learning, trajectory optimization).
- Familiarity with robotic environments and control abstractions.
