Job Description TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a family medicine (FM), internal medicine (IM), or geriatric trained physician to join our post-acute care team as a facility medical director of a skilled nursing facility in Oxford, Alabama. TeamHealth post-acute care is built around a team that coordinates inpatient primary care and behavioral healthcare in an integrated care model in more than 2,000 locations nationwide and that cares for patients at 30+ facilities throughout Alabama. But most importantly, it's built around you. We ask that you be board certified or board eligible with a current Alabama medical license and DEA. Post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.
