- Needs Assessment: Conduct a thorough assessment with Nossi stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives.
- Module Creation: Develop a series of educational modules with a focus on Problem/Project-based learning in key areas including (not limited to):
- PowerPoint slides and visual aids for each module.
- Participant handouts and faculty guides.
- Scenarios, role-plays, and interactive case studies.
- Real-world projects
- Hybrid Learning Platform Integration:
- Create content for both in-person and online delivery, ensuring flexibility for hybrid learning environments.
- Upload and organize the curriculum content on Moodle.
- Design an intuitive user experience for navigating the online modules.
- Content Review and Iteration:
- Collaborate with Nossi’s team to review and refine the curriculum.
- Implement feedback from pilot participants and internal reviews to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
- Evaluation and Assessment:
- Develop pre- and post-assessment tools to measure learning outcomes.
- Create feedback forms and mechanisms to capture participant insights and satisfaction.
- Provide a summary report on the curriculum's effectiveness, participant engagement, and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee and lead social media certificate strategy for Nossi College of Art & Design
- Develop and manage the strategy of boosted social media awareness to build brand awareness and drive leads/conversions/enrollments.
- In partnership with the College leadership, develop the vision and strategic plan for social content and campaigns centered around key topic areas (e.g., curriculum, resources, thought leadership, customer storytelling, and operations).
- Collaborate with students/social influencers to develop creative content that builds a sense of community and school spirit.
- Compile actionable competitive and customer insights based on social listening to inform marketing strategy and improve customer experience.
- Partner with social customer care team to promote a positive and engaging experience while also helping students and parents find resources and support.
- Analyze social media performance metrics including campaign analytics, brand metrics, social listening insights, customer and audience metrics, organic reach, and engagement by topic area to optimize content and make recommendations based on findings.
- Attend school events, student activities, and field trips (in-person or online) to share live stories, Livestream, and gather assets (photos/videos).
- Develop and share student stories and customer spotlights that help audiences connect and better understand the online learning experience.
- Partner with team members to write, edit, and share/post content marketing materials (blogs, case studies, articles, etc.).
- Develop the process and creative strategy around user-generated content initiatives.
- Maintain messaging and branding consistency across social media platforms.
- Explore opportunities for social growth and business alignment by staying abreast of the latest trends in social media.
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrating respect for others.
- All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (REQUIRED). Graduate degree highly preferred.
- 5 or more years of experience in social media, marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or other related fields from internships and/or professional experience.
- Experienced with curriculum development and academic program management.
- Direct experience with curriculum development and implementation
- Experience with academic program management
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Experience producing multimedia content that adheres to brand guidelines using tools such as Moodle
- Knowledge of strategies around photography, videography, and social media
