  • Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience
  • Clean MVR for the past 3 years (Incidents reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Stable employment history with verifiable references

Band Pay for Short Hauls
  • 0–100 miles: $35/load
  • 101–400 miles: $25/load (loaded, non-relayed only)

  • Quarterly On-Road Safety Bonus: $600
