- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or diagrams to determine materials needed and assembly instructions
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goalsExperience needed for production worker:- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
