- Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with existing healthcare and title and escrow clients.
- Partner with executives to ensure design changes, supply needs, and reorders are managed smoothly.
- Prospect within client accounts to spark interest and introduce new products and services.
- Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients to expand our reach.
- Understand the unique dynamics of each client and their health system.
- Learn client brand standards to effectively communicate updates to our in-house design team.
- Stay on top of overdue tasks or past-due accounts with proactive follow-up.
- Write orders, assemble sample packets, and prepare quotes.
- Expand product offerings within accounts through strategic upselling.
- Identify and engage prospective healthcare organizations, building relationships that expand our client base and open doors for new opportunities.
- Take on additional projects that support client success and team growth.

- 1-2 years of professional work experience needed (Preferably in Sales or Customer Service)
- 4-Year Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with executive-level clients.
