4+ years program management experience, managing and delivering strategic initiatives, showcasing ability to connect workstreams to business priorities, strong influencing skills & coordinating members from a broad cross-functional team to work towards one goal/outcome
Experience working cross-functionally across multiple levels of a highly matrixed organization
English business proficiencyPreferred Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce, Internet, or multi-channel environment with relevant technical and business acumen
Demonstrated success in influencing strategy and direction through data driven insights.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
