- Lead Financial Transformation Initiatives
- Collaborate across teams to execute & support high-impact transformation initiatives that align with broader organizational strategies ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery
- Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders (e.g., DT, Finance) to ensure seamless integration of finance transformation initiatives with enterprise-wide objectives
- Oversee transformation roadmap & milestones, ensuring timely delivery and providing regular progress updates to senior leadership
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure progress, outcomes, and value
- Act as a transformation leader, fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement across the organization
- Drive Enterprise-Wide Process Optimization and Automation
- Lead cross-functional collaborations to assess and redesign finance processes, focusing on simplification, standardization, and end-to-end optimization to align with organizational goals
- Champion the adoption of ERP, EPM, data, and advanced automation tools (e.g., Oracle, Alteryx, Power BI) to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy, driving innovation across finance
- Execute a forward-looking Finance Transformation strategy, prioritizing cost savings, operational excellence, and scalability
- Develop and Inspire High-Performing Teams
- Mentor and empower team members, fostering a culture of professional growth and continuous learning by identifying opportunities for upskilling in emerging technologies
- Build a high-performing team by aligning individual development plans with organizational priorities, ensuring readiness for future challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience with finance technologies.
- Strong understanding of finance processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- A highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of how people, processes, data, and technology work together to produce a strong and sustainable capability
- Ability to work with both technical and business user teams to identify and solve issues
- Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Master's degree
- Master of Business Administration
- Experience in airline or similar industry.
- Experience in Oracle ERP & EPM solutions
- Understanding of data and experience with data analytic tools like Alteryx, Power BI, etc.
- Experience in PMO tools (e.g. Smartsheets, JIRA)
