  • Operate heavy-duty tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to towing requests and emergency situations.
  • Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance checks on towing equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers for seamless service.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Document all towing activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in training new drivers and provide guidance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle.
Requirements:
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
