Quality Manager

• Lead quality assurance and control processes for welded assemblies, hydraulic systems, and cylinder products
• Oversee prototype builds and support R&D with quality input
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action planning to resolve quality issues
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on problem-solving initiatives
• Manage quality projects from start to finish, ensuring standards and timelines are met
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and compliance systems
• Provide hands-on leadership on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in hydraulics, welded assemblies, and cylinders
• Welding background beneficial
• Hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
• Project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams
• Skilled in problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools
