***2025-2026 School Year***Group Leader: Before / After School Teacher - Part-timeAlphaBEST: After School is where adventure begins!At AlphaBest, our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their Group Leader, you'll lead them through fun learning activities, with plenty of support and training.Location: Oro Valley area- possible locations include: Copper Creek Elementary, Wilson Elementary, Painted Sky Elementary, Innovation Academy, Rio Vista.Schedule Monday-Friday, before and after school. Shift times vary depending on location but are typically 1.5-2 hours long for mornings and 3-4 hours long for afternoons.Here's what you'll need:
  • 18+ years old and six months of verifiable childcare experience is preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
  • Must be registered (or become registered) and have full clearance from the AZ childcare licensing agency
  • Proof of experience as required by AZ childcare licensing regulations
Pay & Benefits:
  • $15.00-$16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
