This leader will ensure the implementation of all clinical programs, including developing the tools, processes, measurement frameworks, and other deliverables required for successful implementations.
  • Greenfields: National team supporting Greenfield markets as lead for completion of all discreet tasks associated with implementation of clinical program requirements for Medicaid and DSNP products
  • Rebids/Expansions: National team functioning as a subject matter expert as appropriate when implementation of clinical programs includes the deployment of a new clinical solution for Medicaid and DSNP products
  • Clinical Programs: Accountable for assigned projects deploying new capabilities in the clinical programs ecosystem. Potential projects may include new processes, new vendors, or significant change events
This role is responsible for leading End to End Clinical and working closely with various Clinical Stakeholders for the successful Deployment/Implementation of clinical programs; functioning as the accountable owner for all aspects of these efforts, including ensuring on-time and on-budget completion of all discreet tasks associated with Deployment/Implementation readiness activities.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop project management tools and resources to support Clinical E2E implementations including pipelines, dashboards, creation of templates and additional ad hoc reports
  • Lead contract review of all clinical requirements in partnership the health plan to conduct an Impact and Risk analysis against the proposed clinical model and clinical operations regulatory requirements
  • Lead E2E clinical meetings to review clinical stakeholders' status and discuss any issues and risks
  • Lead strategy discussions with clinical stakeholders and serve as a clinical consultant to develop innovative approaches, evaluating clinical models, identification and stratification algorithms and clinical operational reporting from an implementation/operations perspective
  • Work directly with Clinical Stakeholders to identify all clinical program requirements including clinical platform business requirements, operational tools, regulatory reporting and Key Performance Indicators, clinical policies and training or instructional design elements needed to support the contract requirements and RFP commitments
  • Work with National Clinical Leaders to develop a national clinical implementation support model and strategic plan that creates consistency and efficiencies through operating discipline, role clarity, and risk mitigation planning
  • Drive improvement of existing processes as well as develop new processes to meet emerging business needs in the market
  • Work collaboratively across business partners

  • 5+ years of Project/Product Management experience leading projects within a large matrixed environment; demonstrated ability to prioritize deliverables
  • 3+ years of Medicaid managed care experience that includes at least one of the following: care management, utilization management, provider enablement, ACO, or other relevant clinical programs
  • 3+ years of leading clinical product or vendor implementation
  • Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Medicaid managed care experience in product management and/or vendor management
  • Experience with case management programs
  • Experience with DSNP and LTSS populations
  • Experience with Reporting strategy (pipelines, dashboards, ad hoc reporting)

The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment.
