
Salesforce Technical Architect

- Develop end-to-end Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and data/integration components.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to define future-state architecture and platform capabilities.
- Design new features or fixes to solutions from stakeholder requirements with scale, performance and security in mind
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Build proof of concepts for the more complex business issues
- Work with the developers to store reusable solutions in Azure repositories
- Identify optimal solutions for business requirements that leverage code or low code or a combination of both
- Design integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems, including telephony platforms.
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and security across all integrations.
- Partner with Business Analysts and to understand and document business goals and the technical strategy to achieve them
- Create documentation and training materials to support adoption and usability.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience with Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent certifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Einstein for Service and advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Background in telephony platform migration and support.
