- Provide daily administrative support to the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team, including scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
- Manage complex, high-volume travel arrangements, including flight, car service, and hotel bookings, and develop detailed business itineraries requiring independent research and decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely expense reports in alignment with company policies.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations (including town halls, business updates, and leadership communications).
- Coordinate logistics and materials for internal and external meetings, events, and special projects.
- Handle inquiries and requests, exercising sound judgment and follow-up with appropriate research and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless support of marketing priorities and executive initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in support of the dynamic nature of the business and varying leadership working styles.
- Serve as a strong representative of the CMO s office to executives, staff, visitors, and key partners.
- Provide backup support to the CMO s Executive Assistant as needed.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting professional correspondence and executive-level presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, and represent executive leadership effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
