- Manage Curriculum: Conduct student re-assessments, grade accurately, and craft customized math tutoring plans to align with academic goals. Update parents via email/text on student progress.
- Support Parent Communications: Handle inquiries from enrolled parents (calls, texts, emails) about scheduling and program details. Step in during the Center Director's absence to ensure seamless service.
- Ensure Quality: Oversee the learning floor, monitoring instructor performance, student engagement, and math lesson quality. Support team goals and uphold center standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Assist in hiring and training math tutors, evaluate performance, and address team strengths/weaknesses to maintain a high-performing team.
- Track Performance: Analyze center performance reports to meet educational metrics and drive improvements, ensuring the center achieves its goals.
- Math Proficiency: Strong skills through Algebra I; Geometry or Calculus knowledge preferred for test prep tutoring.
- Availability: Full-time commitment, minimum 5 days a week, averaging 30-35 hours/week.
- Leadership Skills: Customer-focused, positive, and able to make decisions that benefit students, staff, and the center.
- Passion for Education: Engaging communicator who inspires K-12 students and motivates teams.
- Background Check: Must pass state and national background checks.
- Nice to Have: Experience with online tutoring tools, parent communications, or team management.
