Shift: 10:30 PM-7:00 AMHourly Rate: $23.75 an hour + $$0.30 shift differentialCompensation:Starting pay $23.75/hourShifts Available:3rd Shift is 10:30pm-7amMust be able to work overtime 4 hours before or after shift depending on needsYou Will:Demonstrate behaviors in support of company safety procedures with focus on zero injuries.Perform quality checks as specified in procedures.Partner with the line lead to determine opportunities for cross training.Follow all training documents for job in assigned area.Keep all work areas and equipment clean and safe.Communicate with line lead and maintenance to ensure issues with assigned equipment are fixed promptly.The ability to interact effectively and professionally with coworkers.Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).Perform other duties that the Team Leader or Production Manager might require.You Have:Availability to work overtime: 4 hours before or after a shift.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds.Experience working in a processing, production, manufacturing, or distribution environment for 6 months or more.Experience maintaining industrial equipment and machinery.Anticipated Close Date: September 26, 2025Location: Indianapolis, IndianaOur Benefits:We care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role:
