- You may work with third parties on behalf of the executive team and will need to be able to make decisions that lead to the success of BNBuilders.
- If the Regional Office Manager is not available the Executive Assistant may need to make decisions on behalf of BNBuilders.
- Prepare and submit expense reports as needed.
- Handle booking travel arrangements (hotels, airfare, Uber) for Regional Leadership Team and Project Executive team members.
- Manage ticket distribution for MLB, NHL, WNBA, and concert events throughout the year.
- Arrange off-site training sessions and meeting spaces, including catering, for leadership and training.
- Maintain calendars and handle reoccurring meeting invitations for Business Development and various employee groups.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as setting up templates, handling correspondence, and maintaining client contact information.
- Maintain document control, including archiving and meeting minutes.
- Support the regional leadership by organizing events, managing staffing projections, submitting timesheets, and maintaining project logs.
- Handle client communications, coordinate gifts, and register for conferences as needed.
- Provide coverage at the front desk when necessary.
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of standard administrative practices and procedures.
