Country Living of Larned is seeking a Residence Nurse to lead and support our caregiving team in delivering exceptional care to our residents in a warm, homelike environment.What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and support CMAs and CNAs in resident care.
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate medical services.
- Administer or supervise medications and treatments.
- Monitor compliance with infection control and health regulations.
- Serve as a key communication point between residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers.
- Provide hands-on care as needed and be part of the on-call rotation.
- Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) in the State of Kansas.
- At least 6 months of clinical experience, preferably with the elderly.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A team player with a heart for senior care.
